ABOUT THIS EVENT:
We'll gather for an immersive Mediterranean experience at the Canal Bistro in Broad Ripple.
Please join us for a specially prepared Middle Eastern meal featuring Egyptian and Lebanese cuisine. The sumptuous 3-course meal includes a few choices on salads/appetizers, entree, and desserts.
The room layout will be set-up for our gathering. Come hear from the proprietor George Hanna about Hummus chickpea dip, Zaatar spice blend, Tabouli salad, beef Kibby, shawarma spiced Chicken, and fool dessert.
You'll walk away becoming knowledgeable about the cultural heritage of Middle Eastern dishes. You're in for a delightful experience along with the comradery of world affairs aficionados!

ABOUT THE CANAL BISTRO:
They know Mediterranean cooking. George's homeland is Egypt and has been in the restaurant business for 22 years. Mona spent her first 23 years in Lebanon, and over the years watched her mother and grandmother cook for their big family from their own herb and vegetable gardens, learning the value of freshness in cooking.
