ABOUT THIS EVENT:
We'll gather for an immersive Mediterranean experience at the Canal Bistro in Broad Ripple.
The specially prepared Middle Eastern meal features Egyptian and Lebanese cuisine for a sumptuous 3-course meal including a few choices on salads/appetizers, entree, and desserts.
George Hanna, Proprietor, will tell us about the cultural heritage of Middle Eastern food including Hummus chickpea dip, Zaatar spice blend, Tabouli salad, Beef Kibby, Shawarma spiced Chicken, and Fool dessert.

ABOUT THE CANAL BISTRO:
The Hanna's know Mediterranean cooking. George's homeland is Egypt and he has been in the restaurant business for 22 years. Mona spent her first 23 years in Lebanon, and over the years watched her mother and grandmother cook for their big family from their own herb and vegetable gardens, learning the value of freshness in cooking.
